Growth has been misunderstood in the church massively

Growth has been so misunderstood within the church.

Growth begins by choosing Christ over our own desires.

Growth begins by laying down the flesh and surrendering unto a holy God to do the work we never could to begin with.

Growth brings humility, not pride and arrogance.

Growth brings forth the salt in the world, being set apart.

Growth begins with realizing the gifts of God are what He declares and determines, not mans idea.

Growth begins with saying yes to Christ and no to the world.

Growth begins when we see where our identity is and where we stand.

Are we standing on sifting sand or on the solid Rock?
